Bercut Self-Storage

Bercut Self-Storage is a new four-story, fully conditioned, mixed occupancy “Extra Space” self-storage facility on a 1.16-acre lot. This structure spans 148,924 square feet and features 102,009 square feet of rentable storage area. The facility includes a front entry sales office and an on-site manager’s apartment for seamless operations. The building is equipped with an electric fire pump for full sprinkler coverage, along with an Emergency Responder Radio Communication System (ERRCS) and a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) for emergency communication capabilities.

Capay Valley Health and Community Center

Construction of a new, two-story health & community center of 26,560 SF on a 2.1 acre property including 84 stall parking lot with (6) EV Chargers, associated site improvements and connections to existing utility systems. The facility consists of a new Back Up Emergency Generator and Battery inverter system as a redundant power system for all light fixtures. The facilities includes dental surgery, medical services, Sherriff’s satellite Office, Community Center along with ancillary spaces for community outreach programs.

Eagle Vista Drive

This MOD project called for the installation of new AIR 6419’s and AIR 6449’s staked vertically on the existing mounts. The relocation of exiting tower mounted RRU’s,  addition of new Antennas and installation of new ground-based equipment in the shelter which included new rectifiers and a new base band unit. Although small changes to the existing project site, it makes big changes for the end users quality and speed of service.

Tercero

Tercero Phase 4, a Design-Build project for UC Davis, encompasses four buildings with a combined area of over 166,000 square feet, designed to accommodate more than 500 residents. This modern residential complex offers a comprehensive array of amenities tailored to student life, including communal floor lounges, study rooms, meeting rooms, a spacious main lounge, a wellness/meditation room, and a game room, fostering a supportive and engaging community environment. Demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, the project proudly achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting its high standards in eco-friendly design and construction.

316 Vernon Street

316 Vernon Street, located in the heart of Roseville, CA, is a versatile four-story office building encompassing 82,000 square feet of space designed for multiple uses and tenants. A significant portion of this modern facility is occupied by Sierra College, serving as a dynamic educational environment with classroom spaces for students. Additionally, another segment of the building is designated for retail leasing, offering a variety of shopping and service options. This multi-use structure is a cornerstone for the City of Roseville, blending academic and commercial spaces to cater to the community’s diverse needs.

CSUS PSV

Parking Structure 5 at CSUS has been architecturally crafted to harmonize with the surrounding environment. This innovative, six-level structure, boasting 1,750 parking stalls, serves as a replacement for a former surface lot on the campus grounds. Leveraging the rapid construction capabilities of precast technology, the project was ambitiously completed within a single academic semester. Its design and technological advancements, coupled with focused efforts in placemaking and conservation, have earned Parking Structure 5 the prestigious Parksmart Gold certification from the Green Building Certification Institute on behalf of the U.S. Green Building Council. This accolade distinguishes it as the most environmentally sustainable and efficiently designed parking facility on the campus.

Dixon Crossing

Dixon Crossing build-to-suit warehouse spanning over 500,000 square feet, dedicated to dry storage for GE appliances. The facility features an impressive array of 122 active dock doors, equipped with hydraulic truck locks and pneumatic dock levelers to enhance loading efficiency. Given the building’s extensive length of over 1,100 feet, careful planning was essential to ensure the effective distribution of power throughout the warehouse. Moreover, both the office space and warehouse areas were equipped with a state-of-the-art Voice Evacuation Fire Alarm system for advanced safety. The utility power to the building introduced additional complexities, necessitating meticulous coordination to temporarily shut down an existing 24-hour facility. This was crucial for integrating a new utility vault that would power the new building.

Museum Of Science & Curiosity (MOSAC)

The SMUD Museum of Science and Curiosity (MOSAC) represents a transformative project that included a full historic renovation and the addition of a new floor within an existing 30,000-square-foot building that had been unused for more than fifty years. Beyond revitalizing the original structure, the project expanded the facility by 22,000 square feet to accommodate a range of new features, including a welcoming lobby, educational classrooms, administrative offices, a cafe, and a state-of-the-art 120-seat planetarium. This expansion and renovation effort has breathed new life into the space, turning a long-vacant building into a vibrant center for learning and discovery.

Mercy San Juan – NICU

The 17,889 square foot Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) features a comprehensive and thoughtful design, including 24 beds arranged in eight pods of three, alongside 16 private critical care beds. It caters to the needs of families with overnight spaces equipped with pull-out sofas in patient rooms, decentralized nursing stations for more personalized care, a family waiting area, and a bridge for direct access to the Birth Center in the original tower. The facility also offers four versatile critical care rooms that can easily be transformed into isolation rooms, with two specially designed to provide a serene space for parents to spend private moments with their terminally ill child by concealing medical equipment. This design prioritizes comfort, privacy, and the emotional well-being of families during challenging times.

Carvana

The Carvana Inspection Center boasts a sprawling facility of 200,000 square feet, situated on over 120 acres of land. This comprehensive center is equipped with all necessary features, from car cleaning stations to paint booths, ensuring a full spectrum of vehicle inspection and refurbishment services. The expansive size of the property presented unique challenges, notably in the installation of light poles across the entire 120 acres, some of which required integration with security and data connections. All these complexities were successfully navigated within a tight 9-month construction schedule, showcasing the project’s efficient planning and execution.
