Carvana

The Carvana Inspection Center boasts a sprawling facility of 200,000 square feet, situated on over 120 acres of land. This comprehensive center is equipped with all necessary features, from car cleaning stations to paint booths, ensuring a full spectrum of vehicle inspection and refurbishment services. The expansive size of the property presented unique challenges, notably in the installation of light poles across the entire 120 acres, some of which required integration with security and data connections. All these complexities were successfully navigated within a tight 9-month construction schedule, showcasing the project’s efficient planning and execution.

Gotham Greens

Gotham Greens’ Phase 1 facility in Dixon, California, represents the pinnacle of greenhouse innovation, spanning over 100,000 square feet of advanced growing space. This Design-Build project placed a strong focus on incorporating cutting-edge automation and control systems. These systems are crucial for managing the greenhouse environment, enabling the facility to address the pressing climate challenges of water and land scarcity, extreme weather conditions, and the broader impacts of climate change. Throughout the construction process, the project encountered the complexity of an evolving design, driven by the need to refine the greenhouse’s control mechanisms. This adaptability was key in optimizing the sequencing of equipment and reducing the required generator size, ensuring the facility’s operational efficiency and sustainability.
