One of the areas that we enjoy most is Design Build projects. We have been partners on many Design Build teams since we opened for business. Helping a customer make their concept a reality is very exciting for us. We enjoy the teamwork. We have in-house design staff and close relationships with local consultants if we need to outsource the design. This flexibility helps us be very competitive and responsive.

We have long term relationships with local manufacturer’s representatives who provide us with latest product offerings in lighting, power and low voltage systems.

We invest in the latest software and tools to help the design process. We have participated in the Building Information Modeling process on many of our jobs. Discovering and avoiding system clashes, both below and above ground, helps avoid costly delays. We also use AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Navisworks, Glue 360, Visual and Energy Pro. We use laser guided, computer based, site survey equipment that allow us to transfer accurate building measurements from AutoCAD to the site.
