Construction of a new, two-story health & community center of 26,560 SF on a 2.1 acre property including 84 stall parking lot with (6) EV Chargers, associated site improvements and connections to existing utility systems. The facility consists of a new Back Up Emergency Generator and Battery inverter system as a redundant power system for all light fixtures. The facilities includes dental surgery, medical services, Sherriff’s satellite Office, Community Center along with ancillary spaces for community outreach programs.
