Tercero Phase 4, a Design-Build project for UC Davis, encompasses four buildings with a combined area of over 166,000 square feet, designed to accommodate more than 500 residents. This modern residential complex offers a comprehensive array of amenities tailored to student life, including communal floor lounges, study rooms, meeting rooms, a spacious main lounge, a wellness/meditation room, and a game room, fostering a supportive and engaging community environment. Demonstrating a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, the project proudly achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting its high standards in eco-friendly design and construction.
